It's actually the CHIEF JUDGE of the state that receives and acts on the notice of impeachment from the state assembly and NOT the commissioner who is actually an appointee of the state governor himself. So to avert the impeachment stuff, it's the chief judge that has to be removed not the attorney general and commissioner of justice.
