Critics are apprehensive that such an appointment might compromise objectivity and ethical standards.

I don't want to believe anything coming from People's gazette in a daily trust link on nairaland, but if this is true, then we have never had it so bad with leadership of the judiciary in Nigeria.

Justice Dattijo mentioned some of these powers Ariwoola wields and how so much power corrupts absolutely.

This CJN was seen siding with APC and putting Seyi down in Ibadan. He's appointing his people into positions and he was seen recently bowing down to Ganduje. We're in a bad time.
