Action speaks louder than words.

The action of Governor Siminalayi Fubara not to withdraw the suit against Rt. Hon. Martins Amaehwule and his 25 friends before the Rivers State High Court today, and the subsequent adjournment of the suit till January 31, 2024 by the Hon. Justice Ben Whyte, already explains that the Governor will not take any step to erase the trust placed on him by the people of Rivers state. These are more important than the words of any other person.

Irrespective, it is my informed belief that the Governor will pursue the path of peace but such peace will not be at the expense of Rivers people who he swore to serve.

His Supreme Court case scheduled for January 20, 2024.

Rivers High Court suit that he filed against Martins Amaehwule and others is adjourned till January 31, 2024.

Those who understand politics will read between the lines!

Until I see new commissioners, devoid of ethnicity and cultural spread that's when I will take SIM seriously.

For now Wike is still in charge

lol. You guys are funny. The court still in Wike's pocket you said? But the same court recognized Edison as speaker and empowered him to declare the seats of the detected lawmakers vacant. If you still think that Wike still controls Rivers State high court, then you are high on codeine

you know nothing about politics hence your comments.

The court is not loyal to anyone but the one in power, once your time passes , they switch allegeance to anyone in power. Fubara is firmly in control of Rivers State high court, fact

Una don start again. This is the last you will hear about the case, any court cases from either side is dead. You can't love Rivers state more than the stakeholders in the meeting that had agreed to peace.

Which kangaroo court gave suspended four lawmakers the order to declare the seat of 27 lawmakers vacant?, where has such a madness ever happened before?

He wants to fight a combination of Tinubu and Wike. Even all PDP members in Nigeria tried it and were publicly humiliated

They defected and the supreme Court interpretation on such is clear. 20 lawmakers who defected with Ben ayade to APC lost their seats as far as the law is concern,Rivers State House of assembly has only 5 lawmakers, and everything done by Edison ehie is constitutional ,having been recognized by the court as the valid speaker, take or leave it,this is constitutional issue not emotions

Leave this guy with his delusion.

SIM attending the peace meeting alone shows which political family he belongs to and aligns with.

SIM will rather stick to Wike and Tinubu than follow the Obidients or Atikulators

When Saraki and Dogara defected ,who declared their seat vacant?, Ifeanyi Uba defected just recently, who declared his seat vacant?, dey play. The four lawmakers were the first to be suspended and their suspension still stands. They thenafter went inside the governor's office to appoint a speaker among themselves without forming a quorum, Lol. The federal high court says everything should go back to status quo pending determination but the four lawmakers went for judgement shopping at the state high court on the same issue, clowns.

you can cry all you want. Federal high court in Abuja has no jurisdiction to determine case of this nature in another state.

Rivers federal high court asked them to maintain status quo while the court in Abuja restrained them from declaring their seats vacant. you only open your mouth based on political sentiments without you understanding the nittygritty.

All SIM pending action laid on supreme court judgement, if confirm the 27 members, commissioners should forget about it Rivers will be too hot for them
Re: Fubara: Actions Speak Louder Than Words by BondRiv: 1:37pm On Dec 21, 2023
Take several seats. You are purely delusional.

The Commissioner of Information and Communication in Rivers State has already confirmed the resolutions and that the governor will implement them.

What Rivers State wants is peace.
