I have Pixel 7 pro that's on world wide unlock.
1. Is it possible to fully unlock it?

2. It's currently on Android 13. Can I update it to 14 without issues?

My plan is to update it and then unlock it again. Is this feasible? Does it make sense? Also, is it something you can do? How much does it cost?

First of all, thank you for responding to my issue, I appreciate it.
However, the issue is I don't know which network the phone is locked to. I tried to check the IMEI info online but it didn't reveal the carrier network it is locked to.
