As a gov, is it that they don't have the constitutional power or authority to "summon" or "command" the military and police in his state to launch an operation against criminals within the state.

From this govs statement, criminals are within the state, can't mobilize security men to go after them.

The gov said terrorists have occupied some communities for a number of years. What was the past gov doing. What Haas the military done about it. So all the while that soldiers were deployed to Plateau state during the election, there where communities under terrorist control. This country is just a huge joke.
It seems like you got F9 in govt/civics A governor doesnt have the right to querry commissioner of police let alone chief of army staff or naval staff. Security of Naija is on the exclusive list… if u know what it meams without Google😂🤷🏿‍♂️

You Caleb Mutfwang are the number one terrorist. I have the following reasons to back up my claim:
1.During electioneering campaign, you promised to wipe out the Fulani race from the Plateau.
2.You, the Mwaghavul paramount chief(Putmang Horse) and the Mwaghavul youth leader (Sunday Dankaka) besides other stakeholders of Mwaghavul extraction made good your promise immediately you won the flawed election by recruiting militia and hiring mercenaries whose stock in trade is the killing and displacement of the Fulani people in addition to rustling their cattle across the length and breadth of Mangu LGA where you come from.
3.Instead of mediating for the restoration of peace, you always claim that there is no crisis in the state but that bandits are attacking defenceless people.WHAT A SHAME!
