If Lagos was held hostage and they continue to be the best state in terms of invested infrastructure and the destination for almost everything good about Nigeria, then I would love my own state Oyo to also be under hostage.

Maybe if someone had held Edo hostage, it won’t be the slum it is now with the level of underdevelopment in that state.

How will you describe a situation whereby an individual is single handedly appointing who becomes the governor, deputy governor, speaker, commissioner etc since 1999. How will you describe a situation whereby a conduit pipe is built from the coffers of Lagos state Treasury to Tinubu's personal company milking the entire common wealth of Lagosians.

This is hostage taking bro

Rift or politics, I think there is deliberate attempt to deny Esan of Governorship. This fight should be more messy and Shuaibu should have be removed going by previous precedent.

Don't mind all these propagandists from the South West, Femi Pedro was impeached for daring to contest against Tinubu's choice (fashiola) just two weeks to the expiration of their tenure oo.
Infact Tinubu in his time was changing deputies like clothes, , had three deputies .Nonsense and propaganda

The deputy is over qualified to become the governor of the state. But for equity and fairness, he should relinquish his ambition for someone from Edo central senatorial zone.

You too hear your self. Constitutionally Impeached by the state house of assembly. Not this draconian way Obaseki is treating his deputy governor. What constitutional right does he have to lock his deputy out of the deputy governor's office, hold a meeting with other arms of govt in lagos so that the deputy governor wouldn't attend or slash his budget.

Maybe you guys don't know the meaning of democracy.

Maybe they thought we have all forgotten how Femi Pedro was impeached for daring to contest against Tinubu's choice (fashiola) in 2007 despite that they have just two weeks to end their tenure.
Infact Tinubu was changing deputies like clothes, had three deputies in his eight years tenure including the ridiculous two weeks deputy who am sure is drawing pension as ex deputy. Propaganda can't work on me.

Who are who choose who to represent them in Lagos. The last time I checked, the word "baba so pe" emanated from Lagos and there is a group that decide the next governor of Lagos state, which is being carried out inside Tinubu's bedroom. If you don't belong to this group or you have altercation with the group that is the end of your political career. When you see Ambode, Funsho Williams, Obanikoro, Jandor ask them. They have been the decider who to become who since 2006 that Tinubu has been preparing himself to take control of south west politics. Baba so pe, where in this country does such happened? Show me with evidence.
