Can I get a job without my B.Sc cert? I have a 3rd class degree in banking and finance so out of annoyance with my poor result I haven't collected the cert yet.
I've been working as a salesman since graduation but the business owner has sold the business and traveled abroad . Now am about to start job hunting but am scared of what to say when I eventually land a job and am asked about my cert.
Also,can i get an M.sc with such class of degree?

No, you have to go and do PGD.

Nobody cares about certificates anymore. Nobody.

All it tells me is that you can probably read and write, but it is no predictor of job performance.

I'd advice you to take out time to review this video below till the end.
