Job Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer at Ribap Networks Limited will be pivotal in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various equipment and network systems. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and training junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Radio Installation PTP and PTMP: Conduct installation and maintenance of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) radio systems using Cabium, Unifi, and Mikrotik equipment.
CCTV Installation: Set up and configure CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua), including IP and analog systems.
Structural Cabling: Perform structured cabling for network infrastructure.
Site Surveys and Requirement Analysis: Execute comprehensive site surveys to determine installation requirements and prepare detailed requirements and cost estimates.
Networking Equipment Configuration: Configure Mikrotik routers and switches, Unifi and Cabium radios, and access points as needed.
Network Management: Oversee and ensure optimal performance and reliability of network infrastructure.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality technical support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Training and Mentoring: Ability to train and mentor junior engineers, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

ND/HND, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in radio installation (PTP, PTMP), CCTV installation, and structured cabling.
Familiarity with Cabium, Unifi, and Mikrotik radio equipment.
Experience with Hikvision and Dahua CCTV systems.
Proficient in network configuration and management.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Ability to work in diverse environments and manage multiple projects.
Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel to client sites.
Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff.
