I just wish we could have the old NTA back. They really fell off😭

It was also on NTA that my bro and I used to watch Justice League in the afternoons after coming back from school


I think it was also on NTA that I watched Fuji House of Commotion 😂😂. That soap opera made me like "Baami"(Jide Kosoko)

Back in the days of little options, you just had to watch whatever they showed. We had 3 NTA channels then, channel 5 was the coolest channel. Channel 10 was bleh with awful picture quality and channel 7 was horror to us kids with their back to back yoruba programmes only adults can understand and enjoy. My favourite shows apart from the cartoons were Doctor who, some mothers do have 'em (Mr Spencer) and Rent'a'ghost.

Our weeknights looked something like this
Newsweek on Monday night😩
New masquerade on Tuesday night💃💃
One business talk show On Wednesday night😩 (I've forgotten the exact title Jare)
Checkmate on Thursday night💃💃💃
Ripples on Friday night😐 (a very young Genevieve featured on this show)
Sports spectacular on Saturday night😩
Fortunes on Sunday night 💃💃💃(Regina Askia, Ramsey Noah, Pat Attah, Segun Arinze etc made their names through this show)

Big kudos to Ben Bruce for revamping NTA when he got appointed as DG.
