Since things are not organized, let's bring it to the open.

it is not that insurmountable to get excess electricity, but it is a complex process as known today.

There are consequences to getting all kinds of electricity

- displacement of people - in order to harness the resources and/or build the facilities.

- aftermath of accidents (due to mechanical or human error) - some accidents, depending on energy source, might not be confined to an area or even a country (a hint of what I mean is Fukushima and their ocean water release); so other countries might feel concerned about your energy choice. Another expanded view is, the issue Ethiopia is having with Egypt.

- in a conflict, your enemy might make your facilities a target priority; so you need to plan for it from the early stages.

Regardless, we need to harness electricity, and moreover, all the energy am naming, can be resourced from the SE, SS, and even some parts of the middle belt; without pinpointing concerned areas. The sw has one or more, same as the core north.

We need to let all the experts know that we are open to be used for experiment, not in terms of people, but in terms of resources and facilities; but there need to be a knowledgeable oversight, so that, rogue experts might not do something sinister.

With that said:

Electrical energy avenues that could be harnessed;

current experimental:

E vinci microreactor;

fission/fission - tritium;

solar and its energy storage;

Regular harnessed energy
- gas powered
- liquid fuel powered
- coal

This is more of an opinion, but if you have an opinion feel free to add yours.

I will delve deep at a later time.
