I still disagree with because NNPCL owns stakes in every oil production companies in Nigeria and keep all oil production activities.
Secondly, crude oil are stolen from abandoned oil production facilities and not functional facilities operated by E&P companies.
We on a similar page but abandoned oil facility are not actually abandoned but was made to seem so for sabotage just because they have been caught for an infringement. There is no way you can get crude there except technically shipped there to ward off Naval patrol If you had ever worked in an oil company as a contractor before you will understand certain things.

Absolutely. In the same vein, let them build. It's high time Nigeria started refining it's petroleum.
