It is an offense to be driving a car with a faded number plate like the one attached to this post.

When the number plate of your car is faded, don't repaint it, but officially apply for a replacement or reprint from FRSC or VIO.

Why apply for a new one that is expensive when an artist can simply paint it for you very cheap.
This year no gree for anybody.

Why will the concerned bodies issue low quality plate numbers to the populace and send enforcers against owners of faded plate numbers

No mind those who call themselves FRSC. They will issue substandard products and start harrassing motorist. We have a lot of problems in this country.
