Nigerians do you guys notice something is not right here in this report. The initial report about their infringement did not includ what their main offence was, and now the have paid and settle the issue so swiftly. We know our system, we know who we are as Nigerians. But for a foreign country to swiftly respond to allegations like this without dragging to the tune of paying over a 100 million dollars strike something big. Somehow am begining to pity these smokers.

Mehn, too much money. They paid the fine so quickly as if it was some change.

But what did they really do?

Powersurge:
FCCPC is a fraud and should be sued. I am beginning to think they are not representing the interest of Nigerians well.

For a company to swiftly pay $110m fine, the level of infringement must have been grave- affecting perhaps millions of people.

Why is FCCPC keeping the nature of the offence secret? How do we recognise and report such offence from other institutions?

ViceGovernor:

Somehow the government has successfully covered them... whatever it is, the speed at which they paid the fine implies it very bad and I'm sure it affects smokers health.

This FG is desperately wicked 😭

I'm asking same questions.

This shows that they gained far more than the imposed fine.
