Tell your buyer to look for a more realistic deal. First most vessels getting to Tema have already been owned by a buyer. It becomes open when the buyer fails.

Secondly it is difficult for any seller in his right senses to spend over one million dollars to bring a vessel from Nigeria to Ghana and then make announcement on the buyers name without the buyer dropping a dime.

The best deal is a free boarding in Ghana waters, then buyers confirms do Q and Q, then drop a million dollars for the seller to make announcement in his name.
