*NOMINATION, SHIPMENT & PROCEDURES*
1). Seller issues draft SPA for buyer’s review and signing. After signing, buyer returns signed SPA with full CIS & Notarized Bank Endorsed IMFPA/NCND

2). Buyer’s bank issues MT799 Pre-Advice to seller’s nominated account informing readiness to issue agreed financial instrument SBLC MT760.

3). Seller send Acceptance Letter.

4). Upon buyer’s bank issues the MT799 Pre-Advice and confirmation from seller’s bank, buyer’s bank in accordance with seller’s verbiage, shall issue an Operative, Unconditional, Assignable, Standby Letter of Credit via MT760 Swift within (7) Seven working days to the seller’s fiduciary bank to enable seller load and document the product with shipping company on behalf of buyer. But if the buyer is unable to issue the SBLC MT760 within the (7) seven working days, buyer shall pay a cash sum of ($2m) Two Million Dollars only as logistics to seller fiduciary nominated bank within (7) working days and this will be deducted from the product invoice value at the destination port.

5). After confirmation by seller’s bank, seller secures vessel, loads and furnishes buyer on shipment ordered graphic/schedule accompanied with the submission and nominated vessel details to buyer.

6). Seller’s responds with the contractual full POP to buyer after loading.

Copy of CPA, to transport the product to buyer’s destination port

Original Bill of Lading (Full Set)
Copy of Q&Q Report by SGS or equivalent as acceptable by both parties.

7). Upon successful product confirmation against SGS/CIQ report of Quality and Quantity at destination port, buyer makes payment by MT103.

. Seller and buyer within (72) seventy-two hours, seller pays commissions to seller and buyer side intermediaries in this transaction
