You do not need any law to govern you except for the supplier's terms and conditions. What should be more of concern to you is how to pay?

I agree grin grin you don't need to follow any law just focus on the cost of the computers and terms and conditions of the dealer. I will suggest you to give an try to the refurbished computer as well for some cheap deals.
