Hi there!

I'm interested in renting a standard mini flat (not converted, pls) preferably in the Ikeja area, or maybe Surulere (in or around bode thomas, adeniran ogunsanya), Yaba or Maryland areas. My budget is 150k - 250k per annum. I'd prefer a new or fairly new apartment in good condition, decent neighbourhood, tiled with water and basic amenities plus parking space. Would be nice if it's a BQ/behind a main building.

Mini flat behind County hospital,ogba 300k p.a but can negotiate for 250k and there are different mini flat in oke ira ranging from 200k to 250k

My bros, I didn't even see it o. En route the place, I couldn't help but notice we'd completely left Ilupeju and kept venturing deeper and deeper into Onipanu. . . I just had to turn back before we got caught up in a gang war grin

Was he hoping you wouldn't know the difference between Ilupeju & Onipanu?
He's an alright guy compared to a lot of other peeps I've had dealings with but am surprised such could happen as he'd give you the lowdown before you venture out.
