Hmmm, be careful of what you wish for. That would be too terrible, in fact many innocent people would fall victim. Most important, it would lead to the rise of "Reign of terror"..... A typical example is after King Lous 16th was deposed during the French revolution., the committee which was governing France and headed by Maximilian Robbespiere were very very heavy and high handed in their dealings.
