Minimum requirement: OND
Location: Mainland or Island
Responsibilities:
1.Generating leads through various channels such as networking, online platforms, and referrals.
2.Assisting clients with selling, buying, and renting properties.
3.Providing clients with information on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and pricing.
4.Negotiating with clients and closing deals.
5.Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
Requirements:
OND or equivalent.
Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Familiarity with the real estate market trends and legal requirements.
Flexible working hours and willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
