Aisha Ahmad, another woman at CBN arrested, detained by DSS for fraud The Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria in charge of Financial System Stability, Aisha Ahmad, has been arrested and detained by the Department of State Services (DSS). According to reports, Mrs Ahmad was accused of unlawfully acquiring shares in Polaris Bank and Titan Bank, as well as allegedly involving herself in raising $300 million for Titan Bank to acquire Union Bank. Emperormartin:lol. You sabi us wella. However, I don't support this thievery act. If I had wanted to be involved in stealing of funds, I would have been a multi millionaire by now. Na honesty still dey make me experience sapa small small. The way our people steal funds and show it off is very crazy. Corruption has been instutionalized in Nigeria. The fact that there isn't severe consequences for corruption aids it. I like the path that President Tinubu has taken so far. That government of President Buhari was a scam.
