What I want you to know is, the house can rock the bolt against them by not allowing the clerk to inaugurate them for months while the lawmakers concerned/ousted filed frivolous case in the court. But as a person, I am of the opinion that the ousted lawmakers should file for a review at the appeal court and direct same to the president of the appeal court. The judges that delivered the judgements erred in law because there are several supreme court precedence they should have followed but they just went to manufactured their own law and robbed it on the legitimately voted lawmakers.

Like I said before, the judgement is flawed but there's nothing they can do about it unfortunately.

This is the constitutional crisis the judiciary will bring to this country because of some greedy judges, all those judges should be fired without benefits, at some point we need to draw the line we can not continue like this NJC needs to step up and be firm

Thunder fire you! Idiot. Every time reasonable issues are being tabled you talk about hunger as if you are a destitute. What of your parents idiot?

The Speaker is right. The Supreme Court has already adjudicated on this matter and so therefore the confusion needs to be rectified.

Joke of the highest order. The Constitution has placed the court of appeal as the final bus stop as regards national assembly election. Thus, whether right or wrong, the judgment of the court of appeal is binding and this kindagarten speaker has no option than to obey and enforce the judgment of the court of appeal or risk being jailed for contempt of court. Moreover, he is not a party to the court cases at the court of appeal. He is a meddlesome interloper.
Yes but a case can be deemed to be reviewed if Justice was wrongly sacked. Before the tribunals were set up Supreme court already gave a judgement that no party has the right to interfere with another party primaries affairs
