No disrespect to the Legend Mourinho, but it can't be a coincidence that he hasn't been able to keep a job for as long as he did at Chelsea under Abramovich... The fact that he gets sacked upandan says clearly that his methods are no longer keeping up with the modern game.

The man has not evolved.

Honestly i believe it's the quality of players he has around him. I'd like to see him perform well with a decent budget to get the good players he want. I mean, he spent less than 20 million euros.during his entire time in Roma and took them a Europa final

Mourinho is one of best coach that have coached the game but his time is up.

His playing style, tactics are becoming too predictable and lacking some perspective and are outdated..

His status is already cemented as a legendary coach.The first coach to win the 3european continental cup (UCL, UELand Conference league). Let another coach try am if e easy.
But sadly,his time is up as a club manager,he will only become a journey man if he sticks to club management. It's time to possibly explore national team managerial role,he will make a name for himself there.

Most coaches who have won the ucl league would win the uel and conference league. They just don't want to relegate to that level.

In simple terms, a coach is as good as the quality of players at his disposition.

Mourinho´s tactics is best implemented by quality players with good technical abilities such as the ones at the disposition of PEP in Barcelona, Bayern and now Man City.

His Brand is definitely bigger than ROMA AS. His Brand is at the level of Real Madrid, Man City, Liverpool, etc.

Roma´s Loss though. They were privileged to have him, a low budget Tottenham. Almost half of their team players are on loan because of restrictions of FFP. No squad depth yet they want him to perform beyond expectations. Even Harry Potter cannot!!

NOTE: Until PEP manages a middle table team, I do not believe he is better than Mourinho

How much did Jose spend there , Give him the kind of pep was given at City, and see if he will not win the trophies

just 2 and a half season, he won them their First European cup, made it to the final, the next, if not for that stupid English refree he would had made it 2/2,

He will feel just good because being sacked before the expiration of your contract as coach will be of benefit to him financially!
If he has 2 years left in his contract,his lawyers and that of the club can arrange a compensation which might give him one full year of his salaries with other extra financial benefits!
