Buhari Explains APC's Defeat in Katsina during 2023 Elections Muhammadu Buhari, the immediate past president of Nigeria, has disclosed the reason behind the defeat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, in Katsina during the 2023 general elections.
