Stop wailing good good good. Hazard allowance is 3k in some state,5k in some state,no state pays 30k or 40k hazard allowance

I believe he knows what is the staff coffers and want the next administration to be focused

When you hear hazard allawance, you ll probably think it's one huge extra money for Doctors. It isn't.
Previously, the allowance was just 5k and now that he has given directives for it to be paid in full, it ll come up to 10k. So, what's all the noise about this pea nut increment.
Abeg make them pack well.

The useless foōl is increasing doctor's salaries while owing other civil servants so many salary allowance for many months and years.
He is an evìl bastarɗ and may he never know peace by the grace of Almighty God.
There for 8 years, he didn't do anything about it, but leaving in few weeks and increased it so that the next administration can face the challenge and burden of the financial implications.

Besides, are doctors the only civil servants that need or deserve better salaries?

Exactly. Hazard allowance in the Conmess salary scale for doctors and other health professionals is ₦6,000. Effectively this adds ₦6000 to doctors salary in Kogi state

Kogi state health workers were on the same salary scale with federal govt as at last year before the introduction of the 35k hazard allowance .I was thinking they made the hazard allowance 35k too.God help us.

Hazard allowance of how much.

It was 5k in most state.

So 100% is 10k

Mr Governor is really trying.Medical personnel need to be adequately furnished with all the necessary financial and structural facilities, for them to put in their best efforts in safeguarding public health status at all levels within the country.
This would go a long way in checkmating the rate of brain drain within the medical profession, and strengthening the status of medical care.
His actions are really commendable.

All you guys saying this is commendable don't know what the actual hazard allowance for doctors is. Hazard allowance is 5k per month. So 100% increase means 10k per month. These politicians are just jokers. It's only laymen they can fool with such statements
