Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State

Salary: N250,000 net

Work Mode: Hybrid

Benefits: HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance, 13th Month, Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.



• Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.



• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.



• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, staying informed about changes and implementing necessary adjustments.



• Auditing Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.



• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial procedures and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Generate financial reports and perform analysis.

• And any job functions that might be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• First degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certification is an added advantage

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account executive, account officer, accountant etc.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, international accounting standards etc.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of tally is an added advantage.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
