We’re currently seeking an experienced #Mechanic who can Supervise and manage our Workshop effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all #Forklift trucks, and #Hiab, ensuring they’re always operational.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage the workshop's maintenance schedule, proactively identify and address equipment issues, and order parts efficiently to avoid downtime.
-Overhaul and prepare engine and gearbox components, showcasing your mechanical expertise and problem-solving skills.
-Motivate and mentor mechanics and auto-electricians, fostering a collaborative and productive workshop environment.
-Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering from purchasing.

To qualify, you must:
-Possess a Trade Test, Diploma, or OND in a relevant field.
-Have 7-10 years of experience in a workshop supervisor or mechanic role within the paving stone industry.
-Possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with forklifts, #payloaders, #trucks, #gearboxes, #diesel and #petrol engines.
-Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
-Be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
