Please I need a guide especially from music producers and musicians. Where can I set UP a RECORDING STUDIO, as I just moved to Lagos , Ikotun, which is not musically vibrant) and I am looking for an apartment in a better location to rent for the studio, with moderate budget?

Place suitable for a Mini Recording Studio (Office):
A down stair
A not too small but quiet room
A compound with fewest Neighbors
A spare room or a packing store the owner is willing to rent it out.
A quiet Boys quarter
Or a shop in a quiet Estate.
It must be in a place where clients can visit, mostly on appointment.
In a location where there's fair electricity

Please I need your referral if possible.

Go to any of Ilupeju, Mushin, Ojuelegba, Yaba... They would patronise you daily... But make sure your studio is up to par
