*TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:*

1. Buyer and Seller Signed copy by electronic mail, the electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.


2. Buyer return the SPA with ATB format which include ( Turg Boat Details-SSB-CPA/CAPTAIN NAME AND CONTACT ) super cargo and inspector details

3. Seller confirm the buyer above details snd send window time to open communication to buyer, to get his captain and team ready to receive call and acknowlege it.

4. Both captain agreed on STS. Long side and to tied up buyer super cargo cross over confirm product for product.

5. Buyer confirms pay Ten Million Naira (N10,000,00) to seller nominated account for security

6. Seller instruct his captain to comence pumping into buyer boat upon successful transhipment of buyer tourg boat capacity buyer confirm and pay for total loading and bring his biger empty vessel for final transhipment

7. Upon successful result transhipment, buyer pays for the total cargo by swift MT103 and all agents and facilitators as recorded in this contract less initial Ten Million Naira paid for security

8. Seller confirms payment by all concern, seller releases vessel to sail to its POD.

9. Buyer and seller Rep must be in same hotel as guarantee of performance for both.
