As a graduate of a public university myself, I object to that fact.

Public uni students still stufy hard, work hard, and don't do yahoo and hookup. Most of them, anyway..especially since you still have to graduate with a good enuf degree.

I'm speaking from experience, and I repeat I will never send my kids to any posh schools with too much brouhaha, forget the social media hype, if you see wetin those kids dey do when them come outside you go get heart attack. A school environment is a simpler example of the larger society and history has proven that one of the foremost things abusers do is to disconnect their victims from the outside world.

Think of why the Supreme Leader of North Korea banned phones in the country.

The major reason they're denied phones is because of their authoritarian founder and totalitarian board. The students are disconnected from any support system outside the environment. For example, If a lecturer slaps a student, there would be no recording. Students will also be oblivious of what is going on in other schools and would not be emboldened to ask for better welfare.

If students were allowed to use phones, we'd know the true status of the mass poisoning that has been reported. However, since there are no phones, any report the school management issues to the public is final.

Dictatorship should not be supported. That is why we're lending out our voices to the students who deserve better.

This is bound to happen in places where feeding is centralised.

This occurrence happens every where even in olympic villages and should not be unnecessarily blown beyond proportion.

However, the cafeteria should improve their quality control measure to ensure only wholesome meals are fed to their students to prevent further occurrences.

I have already stated that Prohibition of phones does not influence their ranking.

Also, there's nothing an alumni of Covenant University has achieved that graduates from other Nigerian Universities haven't.
