(Exception is when a Nigerian, either born abroad or not) start playing for top Premier league teams l, then NFF will have no choice than to invite the player)

There's a reason most players in the team are foreign based. Being foreign based, they probably earn in higher currency and can easily pay millions, compared to homebased (with or without clubs) players.
