Hi nairalanders and Docs here
Please help,
I think I'm testosterone deficient... From every symptoms I've read on low T-levels... I'm going through almost all of them.

I'm 25 right now which I also learned that 20-25 was supposed to be the peak of testosterone in men.

But I don't even know what drugs to take right now, or a medical center in Ado Ekiti to visit for a test and treatment. Please help me with medications and/or clinic names that offer this service in Ado .

Plus if you've had this experience I'll be glad to hear your breakthrough story
what makes you feel your T-level is low?

Solution: start working out
Eat nuts regularly
Make watermelon and cucumber your friend.
Eat dates fruit on a regular basis
Avoid alcohol and smoking if you do

Try all these religiously for 3 months and let's take it from there.
Avoid masturbation
