Am not a long/good script writer.
Yesterday while driving from mainland to island, some where around Marina a bikeman with two co rider ran into my side mirror on the right and they all fell to the ground and sustain bruises on the body.I stopped and asking how manage, Immediately one them started blaming me for the crash claimed I deliberately block their way and I have to pay to treat them,I insist I didn't see then because they didn't sound the horn
Lastma official at the scene ask us to park somewhere ahead in other not to cause traffic buildup,I move and park ahead then one of them tried to seize the car key but wasn't successful.main while the bikeman how wear military camouflage nicker brought out peeper spray and was spraying into my eyes.I ran away from the scene with plan to go make a complaint at the nearest police station.
After getting to a safe distance I dial the emergency line and narrate my ordeal to them the responders took my location details and said police officer are on their way there,So I did a U-turn back to the scene, getting to the scene I didn't see anyone around the car so I decided to drive away from there it immediately I get into the car two of them just reappeared then the third one with military camouflage has gone to hire a towing vehicle to tow the car,
At the end they forcefully take the car key ,my phone ,my earpod from me and drove me and the car to a house around Ikoyi then ask me to come back in the morning.
Please I need advice/help on how to get these properties back

Don’t go there immediately, give like 2 - 3 days break, then send a lawyer to go there as your representative first. Then watch out what happens next.

Get the exact address of the house where your car is parked.
1. Go back in the morning (in company of someone) Or
1. Make at entry at the nearest police station.
2. Report to nearest Barracks (Ask for MP section)

I misplaced my second phone that is why I have not been able to update this page.
I latter discovered that the men that forcefully seized my car are Dss officers .I have been going to their office on Alfred ruwane from last week Monday till today still they have not release the car to me. I was only able to meet the senior officers on Friday 26th and I was highly humiliated like a criminal.

It's very unfortunate that the mighty are involved. It will be difficult to win this case but if they need compensation, just negotiate with them.
