For some time now i have been hearing and reading comments here on nairaland about how Tinubu Jagaban GCFR single handedly built Lagos from a slum to a now mega city.
My question now is did he actually drew the master plan or it's @lagos position as the nation's former capital contributed to the development we see today?;
