. This is the giant of Africa, "NIGERIA" but in reality, NIGERIA is becoming a failed nation. This is can be seen by allowing 35 years of service in the civil service and leaving others outside urging them to setup businesses with no funding or experience, this has made Nigeria dependent on importation of goods and services, lead to goast workers , pension miscalculation, large spending on payment of salaries rather than development projects, 35 years in service has made NIGERIA to be come redundant,Government goes and another Government comes. But,the civil servant of 35 years in service still remains, affecting the government economic policies, Naira Lossing value on a daily basis, also on jobs creation and empowerment for the youths. The advice is NIGERIA civil service should be changed reduced to 25years and after that is retirement, because the civil servants with 25 years experience, training would be able to set up businesses there by increasing productivitues and this would reduce unemployment rates and give many a chance to contribute towards national development even at the age of 40years to gaining employment, if this still be opened to those at the age of 40 years to serve in the civil service This is the way forward.. 35 years in service should be discouraged in all sectors..

How many times will they tell you guys?

It is corruption! Very poor leadership and management of the economy.

To create more jobs and improve productivity, you expand the economy, make the environment business friendly, make the civil service more productive.

It is corruption that made the civil service redundant in the first place.

Nigeria does not understand what leadership, civil service entails or means! That's why the country keep getting it wrong! From One miss-step to another miss-step

It is a call to serve. A call for service to one's nation. Not a call to embezzle public funds, amass wealth in a bid to compete with the Elon Musk of this world in terms of wealth.
