The military is highly capable of wiping out insurgents or at least bringing it to the barest minimum but the powers that be will not approve or give the other. So the poor armies are sacrificed daily as slaughter rams in a battle where the same people who are supposed to empower them are those still wiping them off. Its a big set-up and they're programmed to lose.

If Nigeria Army, Navy and Air force cannot succeed against an internal forces "boko haram" for over 10years, how do we defend ourselves as a nation against more advanced external forces?
