What is Lagos
Lagos state was created in 1967
Ikeja Badagry Ikorodu and Epe were in the Western Region
Awolowo developed Ikeja as an industrial hub
The Airport Hotel in ikeja belongs to Odua Investments group. It is well known and was established decades ago .
Anyhow Ogun state is more industrialised than any SE State Stop this narrative of envy
Ikeja lọun lọun? Why are you going so far away?
Western Nigeria started at Jibowu and Mushin.

You people should have allowed the thread starter to indulge himself or herself in peace.
After all, they must have a way to cope with President Tinubu obliterating Peter Obi in the elections.

OP bikonu nutin do you jare. When you finish insulting Ogun state, please don't stop there, other Yoruba states are waiting for your insults.

Can you imagine this question? Are you in tune with current events on this thread?..

What is the difference between OYO and OYO STATE? when speaking of regional impact of a person or organization.
Did the ODUA nomenclature of Awolowo have or develop anything in LAGOS?

The greatest monument built by Awo are the

TV Station
Cocoa House building
Free Education
Foolish tribalism

Now tell how LAGOS was affected directly, when LAGOS was occupied and governed by Non Yoruba, as the capital of NIGERIA.

Educate me if I am wrong..or just shut up... Nonsense
You are wrong awolowo built Eight things in the whole Western region including Lagos. But the most successful of all he built is tribalism and wema bank
They are;.
TV Station
Cocoa House building
Free Education
Foolish tribalism
Lagos airport hotel
Odua textile in Ado Ekiti
Wema Bank
University of ife

Cannibalism and ritual killings are the forte of Yoruba people.

Should we even go there?

You have a legion cases of Yoruba ritual merchants..even to the extent that ...a market in LAGOS is known for human part trade
..

How far with JANKARA Market in Lagos Island, where Yoruba men and women buy human parts and organs for cannibalism and rituals?

You dey learn work... grin

No one is as tribalist as Nnamdi Azikwe. Even the Igbo coup was based on tribalism. Ironsi was another tribalist that appointed igbos all over after the success of the coup.

Lagos is the economic engine room of Nigeria, and the most developed. It is the smallest but also the most populous state. The only state that has land border with Lagos State is Ogun State

Despite the wealth and potential of Lagos, its closest neighbour, Ogun State, never managed to tap into that wealth.

The capital of Ogun State, Abeokuta, is a glorified village. The only other places worth mentioning, Sango-Ota and Sagamu, are nothing to write home about.

Why is it that Ogun State never developed to the level of Lagos, despite being closest to Lagos?
Your post history shows you are a tribalist. You go about creating tribal thread and when the Yorubas push back, you go full tribal and when the tables turn, you run to Seun/the mods and start acting as the victim as usual.

I have added a snip of the meaning of HDI because I am certain you don't understand what it means. It's not surprising that your people rush to the SW in their thousands on Night buses.

If Ogun State likes let it have more industries than China and a bigger IGR than my head, at the end of the day, all they have to show for it is Sagamu and Sango otta

Ibrahim Babangida gave you third mainland bridge..and built alot of federal roads..he is not Yoruba

Abacha upgraded Apapa Sea port and other infrastructure. He is not Yoruba.

The Military establishment, dominated by Non Yoruba built Lagos. The only Yoruba man worthy of mention is Lateef Jakande, whose legacies exist till today

So do your research, instead of believing Tinubu Propaganda that claims he built LAGOS.

What did Tinubu build in LAGOS?
olodo... Who now built dis beautiful infrastructures... It is those u mentioned above... U know nothing about LAGOS.. but u will come here to lament because of jealousy..

Dis is lagos u hate .. Built by the yorubas leaders..

Abeokuta is far more developed than all the state capital in the South save Ikeja, Port Harcourt and Ibadan not to talk of Sango-Ota and Sagamu.

Besides, Magboro, Mowe/Ibafo, Arepo, Ijebu Ode etc are very developed.

Maybe you are not aware the first 3 aforementioned places are along Lagos Ibadan expressway. Travel.
