They are likely paid to jubilate because have not seen or heard of anything special he's doing in Rivers state.

If it was Peterside you would also see the same civil servants jubilating.
Even if the appeal court had mysteriously said Wike that had completed his tenure and didn't contest the election, was the winner, people would still jubilate.
It's the nature of the Nigerian public to jubilate because it's all either for political gain or eye service to curry favour of the winner.

They paid them 100k as December bonus that's why they are celebrating. He won't be able to do anything special as one man in Abuja wants to dictate how things should be done.

Teachers in government owned schools in Rivers State were really happy and jubilated today. They want the governor to remain because he has shown that he cares about them through his actions.

By your comment, you have shown that you are not informed about what's happening in Rivers State.

Those things you mentioned are all false.

A lot of people could not Openly associate with Fubara because of fear that he might be sacked by the Supreme court.
Now that he has been declared winner, they will now supported him openly.

Nigerians are irredeemable. To think these are the sets of zombies that the world thinks are smart is beyond me.

A clown that Wike used state machinery to rig an election that even the blind could tell is the person Nigerians are jubilating for.

Nigerians indeed can be likened to chimpanzee
