How about NGPolice shuts up, carry out their underground checks swiftly, apprehend the other gang members and then show off on the internet if need be. I don't just know how these guys (police) have such evidences at their disposal but end up not sealing gigantic arrests

Intelligence is sorely missing from our law enforcement agencies, I often wonder why they come to crime scenes with sirens blaring knowing fully well that they are setting up themselves for an ambush

The police is under pressure to perform and they have to show their Political bosses they are performing. At the same time, you have a point that they should best do all the under ground work first before announcing anything.

The reality though is the Nigerian Police is under funded, under motivated, under paid, and filled with an over load of wrong personel .

Kidnapping for ransome is a low intelligence level crime; no serious country in the world still experiences Kidnapping for Ransome ( I am not talking of human trafficking or Kidnapping of kids by fighting spouses).

Kidnapping is so easy to solve, even a first year student of the Police College can solve it.

It takes too much manpower and activity to effectively kidnap a human being.

You have to steal the person, house the person, feed the person; call and negotiate with the family and friends, collect the money ( ransome), keep or spend the money.

Kidnaping is rife in "advanced" South Africa.

If the security agencies can intensify on this ,I seriously believe this will die down soon.But the last administration romanced this evil back to back ,she was never sincere courtesy of the Fulani officers that sorrounded the Buharis administration.If he had started this way ,there won't have been much to deal with under this new administration but alas reverse was the case , every leader under Buhari enjoyed corruption and looting to the highest order,we can see the results all around .we pray for speedy recovery over this nation .

the other wise to this is that the Human world wide wouldn't frown at that ...the nation is gonna be having issues wit the international community.Thats why nations like Korea etc keeps having trouble and no value in the international scene .But I wish every state leader in Nigeria would sign this death row warrant for everyone found culpable under kidnapping and HIGH WAY ROBBERY (which is also d same FAM member with kidnappings)

Maybe the police is actually inconfident towards going after the criminal thus blaring sirens to scare them away. People who release terrorists into the society and even recruiting them because they surrendered not thinking those might be terrorists' strategy to infiltrate their base

There are over one thousand kidnapping crimes being committed daily in this country with different ethnic nationality being identified which doesn't absorbed the other but because Chinaza was caught and named u're exhibiting frustration.

If some countries they will diligently collect enough evidence and make enough investigations and arrests quitely before releasing the details to the public bits by bits.
