We require an experienced site supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities at a designated worksite. This individual ensures that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The site supervisor acts as a liaison between the construction team, subcontractors, and project management, and is accountable for maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

site Management& Quality Control:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specified standards.
• Address and resolve any issues affecting construction quality promptly.

2. Resource Coordination:
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure efficient use of resources and prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
3. Communication & Documentation:

• Facilitate effective communication between the construction team, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Report project status, challenges, and accomplishments to project management regularly.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is properly filed and easily accessible.
• The site supervisor will report to the Director directly and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of construction projects.


4. Problem Solving:
• Identify and address any on-site issues promptly to prevent delays or disruptions.
• Collaborate with project management to develop solutions for unforeseen challenges.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance construction efficiency and quality.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, or near misses, and implement corrective

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
