A joke of a team. Just grinding out result without a pattern of play. Also, how is Osimhen the best in Africa when he is 1/3 of Sarah? The guy is very average.

Don’t allow me to get annoyed with you. Arm chair critic. Can you kick a ball?

I like the way we are wrapping up games in 90 minutes to avoid fatigue. The boys can go and rest to be in a much better position to prepare for the must-win semi final

When I heard that PO was LIVE at the stadium , i knew it would be a victory as long as Yakubu and his INEC gang had no power over the officiation there.

Victory for Nigerians

I wish Osimhen was not marginally offside there.....he deserved a goal in this game.

If Nigeria eventually win this tournament. Then it's all thanks to our Defense honestly.

Despite this victory, the man is not a good coach, he's just scraping through

That's my position too.
He's tactless and should be dismissed regardless of the outcome of the tournament.

But why is this coach not using some players on the bench? Like Kelechi Ihenancho, Ahmed Musa, etc. Maybe if Nigeria had a three goal cushion, he will try these players.

Ahmed Musa would be a more effective striker than Osimen. They have used hyping to finish Osimen. Congrats to the team.
That is the funny thing
Even if playing at Backyard FC, historically Ahmed is one of our best finishers
