The 93 Battalion, a constituent unit under the 6 Brigade, promptly responded to the distress call, revealing their commitment to maintaining peace and security in the region.


Brigadier Uwa narrated the unfolding events, stating, “Upon reaching the scene, the troops discovered two lifeless individuals, presumably victims of the assailants, while a person with a gunshot wound received immediate medical attention."


Undeterred by the grim scene, the troops exhibited exceptional courage and professionalism as they meticulously combed nearby bushes, confronting the armed groups responsible for the violence.
