Referring to her as a virtuous woman and caring mother of Akwa Ibom, Engr Ukpong highlighted her pivotal role in championing transformative projects in line with her husband's ARISE agenda.

According to Ukpong, the visionary initiatives include: plans to establish a cutting-edge cancer screening center, provision of monthly stipends to families with multiple birth children, offer of free medical checks, and provision of financial support to the elderly in the state, among others.
