We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Manager.

Industry: Logistics
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: 250k to 500k
Experience: 3 - 5 years as a senior Human Resources in the Transport, FMCG and Logistics Sector.

The ideal candidate must either be from a logistics firm, Transport, or FMCG or have worked in any of these firms previously as a HR.

The Ideal candidate must have very good knowledge of the transport & logistics industry
Knowledge of HR systems
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Must have CIPM or related certification
Must be able to develop HR strategies
Forecast people resource requirements
Formulate HR budgets & financial expenditures within agreed parameters
Talent Management
Learning and Development
Participate in Transport safety Audit
