Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting at Abuja has dismissed APC and Ododo motion to stop use of inspection report as evidence. Application for extension of pre hearing time move by Akubo SAN is granted . Hearing for motion to bring Inec as witness for inspection report is reserved. Pre hearing adjourned to 14/02/24.
