Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has thrown his weight behind manager Mauricio Pochettino and the club's young squad, urging fans to be patient as they build towards future success.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Drogba acknowledged the current challenges at Chelsea but emphasized the need for long-term vision. He highlighted the youth of the squad, contrasting it with his own experienced team upon arrival:

"Those kids, I mean those young players, they came to Chelsea because we created a legacy and they want to be part of this legacy, they want to leave this legacy, unfortunately there's no time in football but they will need time to adjust."
