If you have no data to display, add text to that effect. Don't just leave the page blank, with a header. gives the impression it is under construction.

I'm just testing something out,
Anyways, here is what a tennis coach told his class, of which I was a student, way back in 1995 or so:
"Even when practicing serving, you want to serve the ball right. Why? Because if you don't, you will most likely go into a real game and serve the ball as though you were practicing. Always serve the ball right all the time. Always volley the ball right, all the time."

If you don't get what I just said above, don't worry, you will get it before the week runs out. If you still don't get it by then, you are SOL cool
