The problem with most people on this platform is that they judge based on hearsay and assumptions. I appreciate that many never had the opportunity of working in well set up institutions due to lack of opportunities. That's why it's difficult to comprehend established processes and procedures.

The former HOS explained the system in place in details to the court. In addition, foreign observers don't collect money from the countries that they visit for election supervision so the Presidency could not have requested for cash. Emefiele had the President's ears too and could have confirmed the request which didn't come through the normal channel, if he wasn't involved.
