Just see how wasteful we are as a nation,if you know the cost implications of hosting such huge numbers of dignitaries ehn una go cry,do you know that they might have to spend up to 50 billion naira to host this people and considering the fact that the country is presently suffering from food crisis and all round hardship.this is heartless and thoughtless from diri.

Please check the current inflation rates of the 2 countries you mentioned. As a matter of fact, Japan has even been in a Deflation before now and still remains one of the most developed countries in the whole of Asia. I think its economy is either the 3rd or 4th largest in the world.

Also find out the history of how this so called recessions came to be. It came from Lyndon Johnsons era back then and modern day Economits have posited it is not entirely accurate to depict a country's growth using that measure. As a matter of fact, the USA where it originated from, do not even use it today.
