The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission is thinking about moving some of its offices to Lagos, as per a document obtained by Channels. The memo, dated February 14, 2024, explained that the decision aims to improve service delivery, cut operational costs, and make better use of assets in Lagos.
