In the 90s, the duo of K1 de ultimate/ Adewale ayuba, were again rumored to had being nabbed by London police over the same offense committed by their superiors. K1 de ultimate in one of his musical Albums, ‘History’ , denied the allegation as there was no evidence presented against him.
In similar vein, Adewale ayuba was once a victim of drug allegation.The bonsue Fuji king who was rumored to had served a jail term in the American prison denied the story as he reflected the incident in his sensational fuji Album, “Buggle D”. Adewale claimed that the rumor mongers were just envious of his huge success in his career.

It would be recalled that the popular Yoruba star actress Hassanat Akinwande Taiwo, popularly known as Yetunde Wunmi, was arrested and paraded by National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for drug trafficking offense . Wunmi was arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos with high volumes of cocaine.

Recently,Babatunde Ayinla Nurudeen Olasunkanmi Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe, was arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, with substances suspected to be hard drugs concealed in his stomach

Baba Suwe was apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, southwest Nigeria, by NDLEA officials as he attempted to board an Air France flight to Paris, France. The controversial arrest subjected baba suwe to spent weeks in the custody of officials.
